Tailored Waistcoat by dirk bikkembergs hommes pour la femme (1990s). The front is made in a sheeny black satin, and has a five button front. The back presents a sporty surprise: it's made from a quilted nylon, and can be detached from the front and worn reversibly via hook-and-loop strips (not allowed to use the common branded term for trademark reasons). This way, the back can either be black, or bright green.
